Located in Coquitlam, BC, this project involved combining multiple office units to create a larger, unified workplace for a global-minded tech start-up. The company aimed to attract talent from around the world, requiring a space that communicated energy, innovation, and room for growth.

The design centred on accommodating the existing workforce while planning strategically for future expansion. A variety of meeting rooms ranging from small focus rooms to larger collaboration spaces were incorporated to support different working styles and team needs. At the heart of the office, a vibrant kitchen and lunchroom hub was designed to act as the social anchor of the space, providing enough seating for the team to gather at the same time and fostering connection across departments.

The result is a functional, flexible, and engaging environment that supports productivity, reflects the company’s forward-thinking culture, and helps position the start-up as an attractive destination for top global talent.
