For this sweet Ladner family, Marmara, working alongside the clients, reimagined their ground floor to better utilize a welcoming and functional secondary suite for multigenerational living. The renovation included a full redesign of the existing layout to better support comfort, privacy, and everyday ease.

The kitchen was thoughtfully expanded beyond its original footprint to serve as a central, livable space within the suite. We also added a new laundry area, fully updated the bathroom, and introduced fresh finishes throughout to give the home a bright, cohesive feel.

This project is a testament to how smart design can support family connection while allowing for independence, creating a flexible home that adapts beautifully to life’s changing seasons.
