This 56-unit townhouse development in East Ladner was created to bring thoughtfully designed, much-needed housing to the local community. During her time at Buro47 Architecture, Berçin contributed to the design of two distinct schemes grounded in human-centric principles, timeless aesthetics, and a connection to nature.

The project emphasized livability, comfort, and intuitive flow, ensuring homes that support families through every stage of life. Working collaboratively with the developer, architect, and marketing team, Bercin helped shape a residential community that blends modern functionality with natural, enduring design elements, offering residents a sense of belonging and a meaningful connection to their surroundings.

The result is a neighbourhood that responds to East Ladner’s growing real estate needs while elevating everyday living through thoughtful design.
